What do I count when letting you know how many windows I have?We consider all windows that are part of a 'hole in the wall' 1 window when calculating your quote For example a set of 4 panel bi-fold doors would count as 1 window as although there are multiple frames, it is within 1 'hole in the wall' Here are some other types of windows that we count as 1: en suite windows, skylights, patio doors, bay windows

How do I pay each time you've been?We send you a text message the day of your clean with a link to pay online by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. This is a secure payment using SquareUp as a third party to make the transaction quick and easy. You will then receive a receipt for your payment. If you would prefer to pay either cash or by BACS we are more then happy to accept this, please call us on 07788 589492

What is the gold package?The gold package is an extra service we provide. If you include this in your quote, you will receive 3 cleans a year (evenly spaced out) of the following: - Fascia boards - Outer gutters - Garage door/doors - Front door sparkle clean We spread the payment for this service over the year so each time you have a clean with us, you will be charged a portion of the annual cost If you don't require all the above services for any reason e.g. you don't have a garage. Call us and we will tailor the quote for you to reflect exactly what you need!

Can I cancel the service at any time?Yes! Although we'd be sad to see you go, you are able to stop using our service whenever you like Please call or email us if you intend to stop the service and we will make the arrangements The only time you will be charged extra for leaving is if it is before your 2nd clean. On this occasion, we will charge the difference for a 'one off clean' so you would have effectively paid for just the one off clean which is charged at a higher rate

Why didn't I receive confirmation of my booking straight away?After you submit your booking we will review our rounds and strategically book you in. We will then email you within 1 working day confirming when we will be there to clean your home

Can I call and arrange a clean?Yes! If you'd rather call us to discuss a quote please do so. We will work out a quote for you using the online form and take all details over the phone

What happens after I confirm my booking?We will send you a confirmation email within 1 working day letting you know what date we will complete your first clean. As a reminder, we will send you a text message the day before we come to your home. This is a heads up but also a chance for you to allow access for us if needed e.g. unlocking a side gate. After your clean we will send you a text with a link to a secure payment page

What if I forget to leave access like not unlocking the side gate?Don't worry! We know it's easy to forget sometimes. If this happens, we will clean the windows we have access to and charge accordingly

Do you clean all year round?Yes! We clean in all weather including rain and snow. Our water fed pole method allows us to clean whatever the weather

How long is my quote honored for?Your quote will be honored for as long as our prices do not rise. If you want to check if your quote will be the same, please return to our website and input your details again. We pride ourselves on the competitive rates we offer and do not change these rates often

How do you work out the quotes?We use an average to work out how much your quote should be by asking you to provide the amount of windows, or 'holes in wall'
